This guarantee is from us as a company to you our client. We do not sell you an insurance policy. We have introduced this service level as a result of the considerably heightened risk of tenant default on rent payments. We have found in recent times that far more tenants are placed in a position where they are unable to pay due to redundancy or the failing of their business.

Tenant Find

We will find you a suitable tenant for your property, carry out referencing and credit checks and arrange for the completion of tenancy and DPS documentation and then hand the tenancy over to you.

If you would like an experienced member of staff to visit your property and undertake a rental appraisal, please make arrangements with the office.

We make no charge for this service – and there is no obligation.
