Andrew Greenwood set up his own firm in 1994 having worked in estate agency since 1983. This small yet well-established firm retains the old-fashioned aspects of professional estate agency combined with the best aspects of modern technology.
The firm now operates in exactly the same way it did when first started, in that Andrew takes control of every aspect of the business and deals with all clients directly whilst being ably supported by a small group of skilled staff.
Andrew Greenwood is situated further afield than most of our estate agents, in Chipping Campden, in the heart of the Cotswolds. This charming town is considered one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the UK.
Situated in a prominent position on Chipping Campden’s famous High Street, the office handles the sale of residential properties of all types from landed rural properties to High Street townhouses, smaller cottages, both old and modern, together with the many family houses that make up the majority of the market in any area.
As well as sales, the firm manages a small portfolio of rental property in the same geographic area.
